Analysis of the Effectiveness of Erosion Control Structures

The CCHE1D channel network model is capable of computing long-term effects of hydraulic structures, such as drop structures, measuring flumes, bridge crossings, culverts, etc. Its capabilities have been demonstrated in the analysis of the effectiveness of erosion control structures in the Goodwin Creek Watershed, MS, USA and in the Pa-Chang River, Taiwan.
